Head chef Greg Paymans grew up in the small farming communities of Greyton and Villiersdorp in South Africa. Given the fine produce he was surrounded by as a child it is no surprise he always loved food.

Greg is classically trained and honed his skills working under celebrated South African Chef, Bertus Basson. Despite this background, he is happiest tucking into a burger or hotdog and his menu celebrates simple dishes done well.
